The 85-kilometre route with an elevation gain of 1,260 meters leads through the Elsbeere Wienerwald region, known for its rolling hills, dense forests and the rare wild service tree - a noble wild fruit that gives this region its name. Demanding climbs such as Stollberg and Hegerberg require strength and stamina, but reward you with breathtaking views of the picturesque landscape. The route passes through charming villages such as Michelbach, Stössing and Kasten. This route offers a challenging altitude/kilometre ratio and is ideal for ambitious cyclists who want to combine a sporting challenge with a unique experience of nature.

Landhaus St. Pölten – on the bike path to Spratzern – Harland – Brunn – Pyhra – Heuberg – Perschenegg – Finsteregg – Michelbach Market – Stollberg – Klamm – Laaben – Stössing – Hegerberg – Fahrafeld – Furth near Außerkasten – Kasten – Lanzendorf near Kasten – Kirchstetten – Böheimkirchen – Pengersdorf – Pottenbrunn settlement – Ratzersdorf – from Viehofner See back to Landhaus on the bike path

In the government district area, paid underground parking spaces are available (partially free of charge in the evenings and on weekends)
