A month full of culinary highlights in St. Pölten. From 8 October to 8 November 2026, St. Pölten will be all about good taste: for the third time, the ‘Genuss Pur’ gourmet festival invites visitors to discover the city’s culinary diversity. Under the motto ‘Long live indulgence’, visitors can look forward to a varied programme at St. Pölten’s restaurants and catering establishments.
Creative dishes and multi-course menus are presented at various venues, exploring a wide range of culinary themes – from regional specialities to international gastronomic delights. Renowned chefs, dedicated hosts and local producers ensure exceptional culinary experiences and enjoyable encounters.
The festival programme includes exclusive dinner evenings, wine tastings, themed culinary tours, innovative gastronomic concepts and special collaborations between the catering industry, the wine sector and regional producers. The participating establishments focus on high-quality ingredients, artisanal craftsmanship and creative interpretations of classic dishes.
