The 109-kilometre road bike route with 580 meters of elevation gain leads from St. Pölten, past a lovely wine cellar lane along the Perschling to the picturesque garden city of Tulln an der Donau and on through the beautiful landscape of the Vienna Woods Biosphere Reserve. Idyllic river landscapes, rolling hills and charming towns such as Herzogenburg and Atzenbrugg await you along the route. In Tulln, the city of gardens, the Danube promenade invites you to take a break. The route continues through the dense forests and hilly foothills of the Vienna Woods, where nature lovers and sports enthusiasts alike get their money's worth.

St. Pölten is ideally accessible by ÖBB and Westbahn trains. The main station St. Pölten is only a few bike minutes away from the start and end point.
