The new Pear Trail in Öhling follows in the footsteps of Johann Kirchweger, the patron of the Mauer Regional Hospital and pioneer of cider pear culture. Interactive stations provide interesting facts about the cider pear, the Moststraße region and the Mostviertel. Highlights include a treasure barrel and a pear-shaped viewing platform. A path that slows you down, inspires you and shows you how beneficial nature can be for body and soul.
